Triflora FAQ's

What is your minimum order ?


We have a carriage paid minimum order of £350.00. Orders below £350.00 are charged at a standard carriage charge of £10.00 (UK Only). Worldwide, Europe and Southern Ireland are charged carriage at cost and a quotation will be provided.

Can I order by telephone or email ?


Yes of course you can. We have a dedicated sales line Telephone: 0161 430 1170 or Fax: 0161 406 0137; alternatively you can email your order to sales@triflora.co.uk. We also have sales managers/agents in your area who will be pleased to call at a time to suit.

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date ?


Yes we can, except for public holidays and Weekends

What is the status of my order ?


You can track your order by email and we will respond with an expected time of arrival. Also you can call our Customer Services team who are available to take calls between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We may well answer calls outside of this time, but we can’t guarantee it.

Can you change the packaging of a product ?


No, all products are sold in different quantities and regrettably we do not split boxes. The unit quantities vary depending on the product, all packing quantities are clear in our catalogues and website.

What is your returns policy ?


As per our terms and conditions (see full terms of trading on our website) we will accept the return of goods from you by prior arrangement (confirmed via email or writing).

When will I receive my order ?


We work extremely hard to ensure goods that are available from stock are received to the customer within 7 working days.

Do you supply to the general public ?


No, we are strictly trade only. Our Customers include multiple Retailers, High Street Shops, DIY Stores, Garden Centre, Department Stores and Wholesalers, as well as Mail Order Companies and specialist Outlets.

How do I pay for my goods ?


You can pay on the website using a credit/debit card on our secure site (Sage Protx) or you can complete a credit application form, on approval we can offer terms of 30 days. Alternatively you can forward a cheque, on clearance your goods will be despatched for delivery.

How do I get a catalogue ?


You can request a catalogue from our website or call our sales office on 0161 430 1170 or email sales@triflora.co.uk and we will send your catalogue request immediately.
