Welcome to Triflora Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days. If we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request will cancel the order and refund the money in full.

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are all exclusive of postage and packing unless otherwise stated. You will be given the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden costs.

In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the website Triflora reserves the right to not supply the item at the said price. The normal price will be offered instead.

VAT

Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.



 

Payments

Payments must be made in Sterling only. All our payments are via Prot-x which is a secure payment website. Please note that we do not hold any of your credit/debit card details on our website.



 

Returns/Guarantees Policy



 

30 Day No Quibble Guarantee

We offer a “no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you have changed your mind you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

Returns

If you wish to return any item please send an email to our customer services team on sales@triflora.co.uk. We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return (address details will be given to you at this time). To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines:

Faulty or defective items:

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Change of mind:

Goods returned to us because you have changed your mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of mind must be borne by you. In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Items lost in transit:

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges:

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please note, in all instances Triflora shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

  • At the same time as your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a Despatch Confirmation email.

  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:

  • The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock

  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

  • The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error

  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out below

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
